The death of Chester

I used to love Chester with all its quaint possibilities and such delightfully beautiful buildings and avenues, it was never a place for buying designer clothes or somewhere to kick back and people watch in a uber trendy environment because that’s just not what Chester is about!. Chester has always been about attracting tourist into its web of past ancient roman life or giving them glimpse into a quintessential English life.

Today is totally a different story and a sad one,buskers are left to rape the ears of shoppers with above normal level of noise (music), streets look grimy and littered with dust from continual road and street work and the killer punch is the amount of trashy commoners that seem to want to “zombie walk” into “real” retail junkies!!.

I’m not a snob but I do not want them too close to me where I feel like I need to bleach my body free from the smell of cheap nasty clothes or the stink of their armpits and cigarette smoke.

I think I will have to shop elsewhere to breathe in a lung full of style and exuberance and give my eyes a lasting and well deserved cleanse from the sight of total lack of style that the majority of people in Chester seem to possess!.

All that needs to be said is R.I.P Chester!!!.

 

My eyes reacted to the day by turning yellow!!.

Today I went for an eye test at Boots Opticians in Chester and all the test concluded that my left eye had become weaker and I needed another prescription. I choose a fabulous pair of half rimmed Ghost glasses which luckily for me were in the sale and reduced by £75.00.

I then went shopping around town at the usual retail outlets and after two hours returned home, it was only then that I looked in the mirror and to my horror both my eyes were stained a bright yellow colour!! Around the eye area my eyes looked like they were shaded in a violent eye shadow from a cheap makeup counter!.

I’d had a test to determine if my eyes were reacting to any chemical or creams that I had been using and the drops that were used had caused the terrible faux makeup. No one had even given me an odd look or comment during my shopping trip and its this that make me laugh at the situation. God!, I would have died if I had known how hideous I had looked!.

You would have thought that the woman that inflicted this vision misdemeanor would have pointed the situation out to me before i had left the store!?. oh well….

Someone tried to KILL ME!!

Saturday  morning I experience an attempt on my life, I regard it in such terms because I can not begin to understand any rational explanation other than in the abstract!.
I was walking along the footpath and I made a decision to cross the road so I started to move in front of a parked car thinking on one was inside, but to my horror the car started to move and stopped when my hands hit the cars bonnet!. I looked inside and there was a man at the wheel looking straight ahead so  I moved  back on the footpath and he drove off down the road!.
No explanation or apologies just a attempt on an my life!..the old people across the road were amazed and I could tell that they were as shock at the event as me!.
You would think that I was living in NYC and not the sleepy  Roman town of Chester!!.
